Original Art & Intellectual Property Policy

No unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked digital products. AnthroMeka Market accepts only original creations, public-domain materials used lawfully, or materials for which the seller has verifiable rights to sell and sublicense. All listings require review before publication.

Prohibited products

No unauthorized characters, fan art, likenesses, logos, brand names, copyrighted illustrations, movie or television imagery, game characters, anime characters, music, sound effects, photographs, fonts, templates, copied designs or other protected material. No tracing, recoloring, redrawing or AI generation intended to imitate someone else's protected work. Saying “inspired by,” “fan made,” or “not affiliated” does not create permission.

Permitted work

A creator may offer genuinely original designs and properly licensed commercial-use material only when all required rights are documented. Public-domain status and license restrictions must be verified. We may decline even licensed character content under our stricter marketplace standards.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must identify the creator, confirm rights for every file, retain source and license evidence, and ensure that all previews, titles, tags, and descriptions also comply. AI-assisted work is not automatically cleared for sale. Sellers must not submit work they do not have the right to distribute.

Review and enforcement

Products start as private drafts. Marketplace approval, when available, will require an originality and rights review. We may refuse, disable or remove listings, require supporting documents, suspend repeat offenders, and cooperate with valid intellectual-property complaints. Automated detection cannot guarantee noninfringement.

Reports and takedowns

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, contact AnthroMeka through the support channel published at launch with the specific listing, your ownership details, and a clear description of the concern. A formal DMCA notice process and designated agent, where applicable, must be established before public seller uploads and listings are enabled. This draft page is not a substitute for that process.

We will review notices and applicable counter-notice rights under the law. This policy does not guarantee that the platform has no legal exposure.
