Digital Purchases & Refund Policy

All sales of downloadable digital products are final once the purchased digital content is delivered or made accessible. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, accidental purchases, or deciding you no longer want a correctly described and delivered digital product, except where required by law.

Why digital purchases are final

Digital files cannot be physically returned once accessed or downloaded. Buyers should review the listing details, included file types, number of items, usage license, compatibility, and final price before purchasing.

Problems with an order

If an item is not delivered, is materially different from its description, is defective or inaccessible, or the charge was unauthorized, contact marketplace support when available. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a corrected file, restored access, or refund where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or payment-card dispute rights.

Before checkout

When payments launch, checkout will prominently present this final-sale policy and require affirmative acknowledgment before an order can be placed. An acknowledgment does not waive legal rights.

Marketplace status

AnthroMeka Market is currently a preview. Real seller checkout and paid downloads are not yet enabled. This is the proposed policy for digital products and is subject to legal and payment-provider review before launch.
